I have an analytical mind, and attention to detail that serve my clients well. I work diligently to find solutions that work right for you. My trial skills and experience get your message across clearly to the Court.

In my spare time, I volunteer for the Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program; Paws & Think, Kids Voice of Indiana, and Ascension St. Vincent Hospital. I love to hike in the woods.  I’m a Colts season ticketholder and longtime fan of the Indy 500.

LEADERSHIP, MEMBERSHIP & HONORS

I’ve been a Certified Family Law Specialist* since 2002. I carry a Martindale-Hubbell Preeminent AV 5.0 rating, and an Avvo 10-star rating. I have been named a Family Law Super Lawyer. In 2015, the Indiana State Bar Association awarded me the prestigious Gale Phelps Award for family law service. I served on the Indiana Bar Association’s Board of Governors from 2017 to 2019. In 2010 and 2011, I was the chair of the State Bar’s Solo & Small Firm Conference. I was the 2003-04 chair of the Indiana State Bar Association’s Family & Juvenile Law Section. I graduated Summa cum Laude from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law in 1984.
